A bit about me

With over 20 years marketing experience I've worked in many business sectors – on the client side and agency side – including:

Financial services Legal & Professional services
Property Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare
Not-for-profit Leisure & Entertainment

Before setting up Stargazey in 2001, I was Marketing Manager for Black Horse Relocation (part of Lloyds TSB) and then Bradford & Bingley Relocation, where I was responsible for every element of the marketing mix. The breadth of this experience helps me to quickly understand your business and assess your marketing needs.

And although I'm based in East Northamptonshire I'm happy to work further afield and have clients based across the UK – from London to Brighton, Bristol and Birmingham!

About 'Stargazey'

The name Stargazey Marketing reflects my Cornish roots. Stargazey Pie is a traditional Cornish fish pie where the heads of the fish peep out through the pastry lid and gaze skywards. I chose the name partly because of its Cornish connection, but also because I think 'Stargazey' neatly describes what marketing is about... dreaming of the possibilities!

About the cost

Your time and money are precious, so when I work with you on a project I'll make sure I get to understand your business and your marketing objectives.

The cost of a project depends on the time it will take. A project that can be managed online and via the phone will usually be cheaper than one that needs meetings, research and a complicated approvals process. The more information you can provide me with at the beginning, the more time is saved.

I work on an hourly or daily rate, and wherever possible I will estimate the cost up-front. I offer value for money because:

  • Stargazey is a solo operation, so there are no big agency costs to absorb.
  • You can ask me to work for you as and when you need my help, and to suit your budget and resources.
  • My time will probably cost your company less than yours does.
